Purchases may be returned for store credit. To initiate a return please email us at  deniz@denizesat.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for requesting a return.

Item/s must be returned in the condition you received it/them in, along with all original packaging. We must receive the item/s within 14 days of delivery. 

Pre-orders and sale item orders are final. These items are not eligible for return, store credit or refund. 

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. 

DENIZ ESAT will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit - we suggest using tracked shipping service with signature upon delivery.

Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs and fees for returns.

DENIZ ESAT reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not meet our returns criteria will be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion and any shipping costs and fees will not be covered by us.

Once the return has been received and approved by us, store credit is processed within 5 - 7 business days.

Store credit will be emailed to the email address attached to the order and is valid for 12 months.

Domestic return shipping is covered by a flat fee of $10.00 and will be deducted from the total returned value.

International return shipping and costs are to be completed via your local postal service.

The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be added to your store credit.

We check each order carefully to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition.

In the unlikely case of an item being delivered as faulty or the incorrect item has been received, we will provide you with a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Please contact us immediately at deniz@denizesat.com, include your order number, a description of the fault and images that clearly show the issue. 

The item/s will be assessed by our customer service team and upon approval a return shipping label will be provided.

Faulty or incorrect item refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original method of payment. We will notify you upon receipt of your returned goods and will confirm we have refunded you. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

DENIZ ESAT does not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

Please note tarnishing over a period of time is not considered a fault.

Our jewelry is handcrafted with 24k gold plated brass or silver and due to the nature of our designs your jewelry could have minor marks and irregular shapes.  We only use semi-precious gemstones which are unique and may differ slightly from gem to gem. Slight colour differences, natural marks or inclusions add to the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered faults. 

Please be aware that colours vary on computer, laptop, tablet and mobile screens and while we make every effort to show our jewelry as life like as possible, the actual colour may vary slightly from your screen.

Shipping for orders over $300 AUD is complimentary.

International (Rest of the world)

Parcel shipping $50.00.

Shipping for orders over $400 AUD is complimentary.

Import tax and duty is subject to your own country and will not be covered by DENIZ ESAT.

Please be aware of your customs requirements before ordering.

Pre-order items are available to purchase from the new collection preview or from limited edition drops.

If you purchase a pre-order item, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns on pre-order items.
• Pre-order means the item is still in production and not immediately available for delivery.
• If an order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will not ship until all items are in stock.
• Expected pre-order shipping dates may vary and are subject to change.
